At times, our bus services may be disrupted or delayed by a range of factors including infrastructure upgrade works, emergency services requests, ill passengers, and extreme weather. Planned service disruptions are posted on our website, Public Transport Victoria’s website and shared on our Twitter account.
In the event of an unplanned disruption, we will provide updates through our Twitter account. You can also register to receive service disruptions email alerts on our website.
We work together with the Department of Transport and other partners to minimise delays wherever possible and strive to continuously improve the experience on our network.
Public Transport Victoria publish monthly performance data for bus services including specific route information. Data can be accessed via the PTV website.
