Lost Property

 

Lost or found something? It's helpful if you can tell us the route, direction, stop and time you were travelling or even better, the bus number.

Please contact us on 1800 718 121 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) or 1800 800 007 6am-midnight daily (all night Friday & Saturday). Alternatively you can complete our online enquiry form here.

Provide us with:

  • A full description of the item or items you have lost
  • Bus route / bus service number you travelled on
  • Time of day you travelled
  • Return daytime telephone number so we can contact you

 

Our follow up

If you have lost an item on one of our buses, we will do our utmost to get it back to you.

We will check our lost property area at our depots and call you back as soon as possible. We will keep any property left behind on our buses (other than food items) for up to three months. After this time, it will be disposed of appropriately or donated to charity.

If we find your property, we will inform you of the address of the depot where you can collect it during our office opening hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). For security purposes, please bring a photo ID when collecting items.
